Agreement to Terms
By engaging Puny Labs Studio ("we," "our," or "us") for website development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Puny Labs Studio provides website design and development services as described in our proposals and agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline will be outlined in a project proposal provided before work begins.
Project Process
Proposals and Approval
Before starting any project, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after you approve the proposal and provide the required deposit.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals promptly
- Ensure you have rights to use any content you provide
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website goes live.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and other payment methods as agreed upon in the proposal.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Third-Party Assets
Any third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any licensing requirements.
Hosting and Domains
Hosting and domain registration are separate from our development services. You are responsible for maintaining your hosting account and domain registration. We can assist with setup but ongoing costs are your responsibility.
Support and Maintenance
We provide 30 days of free support after launch for minor fixes and questions. After this period, ongoing support and maintenance are available through our maintenance packages.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puny Labs Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
Confidentiality
We will keep all project details and business information confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In case of termination, you will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
